Jannik Sinner, the Italian tennis player who is currently the highest-ranked singles player in the country’s history, has a lot in common with his girlfriend, Anna Kalinskaya.
Three years older than Sinner, Kalinskaya is originally from Moscow, Russia. Like her boyfriend, she is a professional tennis player; as of September 2024, Kalinskaya was ranked 14th in singles by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA).
While the couple has chosen to keep their relationship a secret, Sinner confirmed their romance in May 2024, and the pair were seen supporting each other at Wimbledon a few months later.

In June of that year, Sinner spoke to Vanity Fair Italia about the pressures of having a girlfriend and being at the top of his game.
“Of course, it’s not easy, I travel a lot and during tournaments I’m very focused. But I think it’s a wonderful thing when you find the right love. Like everyone,” he said. “And then, if you think about it, the best tennis players in the world all have wives and children.”
Sinner won the US Open in September 2024 and Kalinskaya was in the crowd. The couple shared a sweet kiss in the stands after his big win.
