Erling Haaland proves he’s still human in latest Norway outing

Erling Haaland may be the chief contender for the Premier League golden boot this season, but he has shown that he is a very different player for his country.

The 23-year-old came into the international break off the back of two consecutive Premier League hat-tricks, but failed to find the target with any of his four shots against Kazakhstan (Ranked 109th in the World).

It marked the first game of the 2024/25 campaign in which he has failed to find the net.

Given that across his Premier League career he averages just 3.7 shots per goal, it was far from normal service for the world-class forward.
